Platform Terms & Conditions

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and to fulfill the obligations they create
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• You will promptly update any account information that becomes inaccurate or outdated

The Institution reserves the right to refuse access to or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, misrepresents their identity or eligibility, or engages in conduct that the Institution determines to be detrimental to the community, the institution, or its students.

Section 2

Use of the Platform

2.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Institution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This includes accessing course materials, completing assigned coursework, and engaging in permitted community and platform activities.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on our Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at support@iamuniversity.us
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Ensure that you properly log out of your account at the end of each session

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Section 3

Intellectual Property

3.1 Institutional Content

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, video lectures, written curriculum, assessments, downloadable resources, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the overall design and structure of the Platform ("Institutional Content"), is owned by or licensed to I AM University and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited license to access and use Institutional Content solely for your personal educational purposes as an enrolled student or authorized user. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display Institutional Content without prior written permission
• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit Institutional Content
• Use Institutional Content for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from Institutional Content
• Share access credentials or course materials with unauthorized individuals

3.2 Student-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any original work, assignments, or submissions you create and submit through the Platform ("Student Content"). By submitting Student Content, you grant I AM University a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and display your Student Content solely for educational, institutional assessment, and operational purposes.

You represent and warrant that your Student Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and complies with our Academic Integrity Policy.

Section 4

Enrollment & Payment Terms

4.1 Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment in any I AM University program requires completion of the enrollment application, acceptance by the institution, and payment of the applicable program fees. Enrollment constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Code of Conduct, our Academic Integrity Policy, and all other applicable institutional policies.

4.2 Tuition and Fees

All tuition and fee amounts are as published on our Tuition & Fees page at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change; however, enrolled students will not be charged additional fees mid-program without advance written notice and an opportunity to cancel.

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been expressly approved by the institution in writing. Failure to maintain current payment status may result in suspension of Platform access.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is published at /institutional/refund-policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated herein by reference and constitutes part of these Terms. Students are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before enrolling.

4.4 No Federal Financial Aid

I AM University is not currently eligible to participate in federal Title IV financial aid programs. Students are not eligible for federal financial aid, including Pell Grants or federal student loans, to fund enrollment in our programs. See our Consumer Disclosures for full details.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and in all interactions associated with I AM University. Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access, without refund, and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application, enrollment form, assignment, or communication with the institution
• Using the Platform in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, the institution's systems, or any connected infrastructure
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to interrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the Platform
• Harvesting or collecting personal information of other users without their express consent
• Engaging in harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory conduct toward other students, faculty, or staff
• Using the Platform to promote, recruit for, or operate any commercial enterprise or competitive educational offering
• Reproducing, distributing, or selling institutional course materials without authorization
• Violating our Academic Integrity Policy through plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of academic work
• Circumventing any security, access control, or technical protection measures on the Platform

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Platform Availability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE PLATFORM AT ANY TIME.

6.2 Educational Outcomes

We make no guarantee of specific educational, professional, or personal outcomes from completion of any program. Career outcomes, employment prospects, credit transfer, and professional licensure are not guaranteed and depend on individual circumstances, third-party decisions, and factors outside the institution's control.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I AM UNIVERSITY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE INSTITUTION IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Section 7

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. We commit to the same. Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

If informal resolution fails, disputes not otherwise resolved may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, waiving the right to a jury trial, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Section 8

General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Academic Integrity Policy, and Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and I AM University regarding your use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the institution. We may assign these Terms freely.
